In 2020, David was selected by Oklahoma Magazine as one of Oklahoma's 40 under 40 individuals influencing and impacting their local community. Tulsa Chamber of Commerce
David is an active member in the Tulsa Regional Chamber of Commerce and a member of CEO Roundtable. On multiple occasions he has partnered with the Mayor's office to support the city during disaster relief and in 2018 he was nominated for Tulsa Small Business Person of the Year.
In 2021, David and his team at Chick-fil-A Southroads Shopping Center were selected as Tulsa's Diverse Business Champion for their efforts in cultivating an inclusive work environment for their employees and championing diversity, equity, and inclusion in the community.
David's commitment is to having a positive influence on the Tulsa community for generations to come.
Leadership Tulsa
David was a member of Leadership Tulsa Class 56...the best class ever! Leadership Tulsa not only develops leaders professionally, but aims to build leaders who are actively giving back to their community. Through Leadership Tulsa, David has gone on to serve on the boards for Emergency Infant Services, Leadership Tulsa, and Junior Achievement of Oklahoma.

With our commitment to great food, fast and friendly service, genuine hospitality, and a clean and safe dining environment, Chick-fil-A in Tulsa has been selected several times as Oklahoma Magazine's Best of the Best fast food restaurant.
Most Kid Friendly Restaurant
Chick-fil-A at Southroads Shopping Center was voted Tulsa's Most Kid friendly restaurant by Hulafrog, a website dedicated to providing families with information about kid friendly events. Chick-fil-A at Southroads Shopping Center offers numerous events throughout the year for families and has balloon animals for kids every Tuesday evening.
Since its opening, Chick-fil-A at Southroads Shopping Center has donated over $1 million in
in-kind donations to its local Tulsa community and supported countless organizations. Because of their efforts they were selected as a finalist for the Oklahoma Caring Awards.
Chick-fil-A Symbol of Success
One of the top accolades that Chick-fil-A provides its restaurants is Symbol of Success which demonstrates an individual restaurants ability to increase their sales 20% year over year. In 2019 and 2021, the team at Chick-fil-A at Southroads Shopping Center has reached this goal through their hard work and community support and are currently the highest volume Chick-fil-A in Oklahoma.
